Submitting samples for analysis
Please submit samples with CLEAR labelling (i.e. name, date, sample material and analysis needed) and preferably ordered in a rack the same as the sample list. Where possible please label samples from 1 to X. This makes it easier for sample handling and analysis. Please provide a hard copy excel spreadsheet with the sample; identifying the sample name, sample type and analysis needed. In addition, please email the sample list to chemsil@monash.edu.
For liquid samples, please ensure exetainers are shipped either in the original box supplied, in small ziplock bags, or wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid any breakages. These can then be packed in a larger sturdy box with padding.
Eskies will not be returned unless picked up or return shipping organised.

Once samples have been dispatched, please notify us via email with the expected delivery date and any tracking number if applicable.
